I can't imagine just what specific parts would not be available for any fairly modern engine, V6 or otherwise. Just have to be more diligent in your search. If it is a 305 those things were bullet proof and well worth rebuilding. Yes, the drop in 350 small block route is easier but not near as much fun. JMO
