If you can get it to fire up again, let it run, no matter how rough it is. You need to get some run time on it! Once it runs a bit and gets a little warm, then start to monkey with the distributor. Turn it till the idle smooths out, it may not cure all the problems, but you can get it close. Next is the carburator, check the idle mixture screw, run it in a bit and back out till you are happy with the idle. To far in will lean it out, to far out will richen it up, 1 1/2 to 2 turns is about normal. Joe
