with sw on remove tank wire at tank read gauge then ground wire to tank ground read gauge,,gauge should move full sweep,,if so tank unit bad,,if no wire to tank or dash unit or power to dash unit,,same test on dash unit remove wire read,, ground term on dash unit and read if full sweep wire bad if no dash unit or power supply...doc
