Just figure out a way to mount an I-Beam in your shop, then get one of the northern tool, or HF I-beam hoist kits. I haven't done it because I am still trying to A) justify why I need it, since I have an engine hoist and an electric hoist and B) how to get that heavy I-Beam up there without spending a fortune on the support hardware.
