Joker posted this diagram the other day and it's beautiful. Several of the items might be slightly different...it has 12 volts lamps in the lights.
If you study this, you will get a real feel of where things go, and why. WOW, a positive post instead of doom and gloom.
If you hold your cursor in the lower right hand corner, you can expand the print to full size.
Although the charging system and ignition systems aren't shown complete, the main idea is there...it just needs to be fine tuned!
