It seems like there's a breaker for the parking lights and headlights (and probably the taillights, too). There was just a big discussion about headlight switches not too long ago, and I asked about the brake light circuit being fused/breakered.
Check your bulbs to make sure that they just didn't have a temporary short from when you hosed things off. Your switch might be fine.
If your bulbs are okay, then pull the switch and throw a multimeter on it. Make sure that there's voltage and continuity to all of the terminals.
If the switch checks out, then it looks like your wiring is messed up. Try running a temporary wire from the switch to the terminal block on the inner fender. If the lights kick on, then go ahead and change the wiring out.
