Usually, when they put those "Town and Country" horns on, they'd place them on the passenger side under the hood, just above where the heater was.
Unfortunately, that's all I know about them.
I know all kinds of things about the stock "Roadrunner" horn (the one that mounts to the intake manifold), but nothing about how these other horns work.
Perhaps the dash board horn button is one of them, and the one on the steering wheel is the other?
