I would consider a short piece of the correct diameter wire insulation (stripped from a piece of wire) and a drop or two of an all-purpose adhesive. It would be very light and might even work without the adhesive.
Very interesting, got me to thinking. How about a properly sized piece of heat shrink tubing?
Yes I could do that Bill, but then I wouldn't have a cool MacGyver story to tell. Its just another ridiculous adventure in this pointless hobby.
