21KSA is a vehicle serial number code for a 1952 3800 truck assembled in Janesville in January of 1952.
The engine size is not designated by that code, but a 216 engine was standard equipment. It would be a 3.54 liter engine.
I quickly read the above post but I did mot see an engine serial number, which might designate a 235 (3850cc)
which does not look like it was an option on a 1952 3800-series 1-ton truck ?
Has the year and size of the engine been posted? If not, the engine ID Is most likely pressed into the block just to the rear of where the distributor enters the block.
