Had a similar situation with another project. Best advice I could give, shop the classifieds here, and other chevy sites...offer to trade your chrome one for a stock one...cruise the scrap yards...and/or keep track at who is modifying their classic truck, and see what parts you can snag before they dump the old six in place of a crate engine
Question...how often to you have three in the cab...and does the middle passenger really interfere with the floor shifter??
