You most likely won't be able to buy brake line specific for that truck, you can however buy line off the rack at a NAPA and using a couple pieces be able to replumb it, or you can make you own lines if so desired, but are a little tricky for a first timer.
The front wheel cylinders very well could be two half units I believe Chevy and GMC used the same format for building these trucks, the torsion bar was a 2 or 3 year item on both trucks and rides like a Cadallic, parts are a little hard to get particular the lower ball joints, but if maintained over the years that should not be a problem.
