The MC may be the hard to find item, but it can be rebuilt and sleeved if it's pitted...same for the wheel cylinders,

I got new WC for my 1957 Fire Truck from NAPA, they were in stock at the warehouse and I got them the next day.

front wheel cylinders one of each are required for each side of the truck, rear wheel cylinders two of each for each side of the truck, front brake hoses two required. I could not find a part number for the rear brake hose, but after supper I'll do some more looking, hope that helps.
