My 48 1/2 ton had double pistons. I doubt seriously that 60 brakes were singles.
I doubt it as well, but I have never taken it apart. The last time my dad opened it up was probably 10 to 15 years ago. We had a brake lock up about 3 years ago, but I think my uncle messed with that. Im just trying to keep the cool farming stuff that we still have in good condition because my uncle seems to be tearing it all up and only fixes it good enough to get his 20 acers of farm land farmed and then doesn't really fix any of the major stuff. After I get my 84 Chevy Crew cab cummins conversion done I am going to mess with this truck and a 1961 (I think) Farmall 560 and get them running good and then I may pull the A john deere out of the yard and get that thing up and running again.
