You might be able to use full size Passenger car/Corvette rotors, up to around 1990 (Corvette to '82). No guarantee that they will work, but the full size cars did share bearings and rotors with the 1/2 tons, particularly the Police and Taxi variants. Vans used the same 5x5 bolt pattern as the trucks, as do later full size Passenger.
