The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop identifying Canadian 235 engine

Thanks,I've gone down the list and nothing matches. The Canadian list ends in 52. I suspect my engine is 53,54 or 55. All I was told when I bought the truck that it came out of a GMC. The block and intake are painted orange don't know if that makes a difference or not. There's no pressed identification on the oil pan.
