Me again, I have helped a buddy do a rewire on his jeep. Same situation as you, it was so messed up that he just decided to nuke it from orbit and start again. It was actually pretty easy, a lot of work to do it right, lots of time hanging wires and making everything look good. It turned out real nice though. Most of the companie that sell parts for these trucks have several types of harnesses, full and partial. I know that LMC Truck has a few pages of them. American Classic probably does too, as well as Chevy Duty. It will take time to remove things, make sure you take pictuers so you know how to put things back in, we didn't do that on the jeep and it made the re-install take a lot longer.
