Well I got my rod shims today and they were just like the ones I bought a few years ago. There are twelve of them and although I haven't measured them yet I am pretty sure they are at least .006". They are not thinner shims stuck together.

if you PM me an address I will send you one so that you can see what they are selling as shims these days. These things are useless.
