I am in the process of rewiring my 57 3100. I put in the new harness and today I installed the new headlight switch. When I hook up the wires, and before I mounted it to the dash, the dash lights work fine with the key in ON or START position, but the dome light does not....when I mount the switch to the dash, the dome light works fine, but now the dash lights are on even when the key is in the off position...Do I have a grounding problem? Any pointers on how to fix this situation? If I leave it as it is, it will drain the battery....Thanks Mike :confused: :confused:
