the urethane is for more modern stuff. I'd go with the buytl type or similar. For the rear window I'd pull the lock strip out,(if its the same as TF) and then use a plastic type tool to pull or pry the seal up some to inject the sealer behind it. If its fairly new paint maybe some tape around the whole area where your prying etc.
The so called experts aren't always so expert, so watch out if its something you care about and don't want ruined some how.
I have a brother with a good story about having the experts work on his car.
