Could be leaking under the top of seal and then traveling down and coming out on the bottom. Recommend going to you local auto glass shop and have them seal it. I have used an asphalt sealer in a caulking gun with success in the past. Rainfall here is light, not like Glens Falls, so you may be best served letting the pros do it.
