I've purchased a "vintage" Sun tach for my 1959 Chevrolet truck. On the back of tach i have two "posts", one reading "ignition sw" and one reading "trigger" this is a 12v system and has a ground wire. My question is; is the trigger the lead that goes to the distributer/coil? negative or positive? Thanks for any information.
