It depends on what you are going to use the truck for. If you are going to do lots of driving at highway speeds , you might consider a lead substitute some times. If you will be driving around town at lower speeds and not a whole lot of miles, I would just use the lower grades of fuel.
The 305 V-6 is a pretty tough engine.
