Your profile indicates a '65 truck, so I am guessing a key switch and standard transmission. If you have replaced all those items and no soap on the start, it's time to troubleshoot with a meter..put the checkbook away.
With a KNOW GOOD BATTERY, charged, with clean terminals and properly attached to the starter, you need to have someone attempt to start it while you check the small post on the solenoid with a light or meter. You need to know that Mr. Starter is being TOLD to start by the key switch.
Remember that "won't start" is a different animal than "won't charge". Don't replace anything more until you know what isn't functioning properly.
If it's a automatic, don't forget the neutral starter safety switch. All the items on the rig can be tested in place and proved to be good or NFG, then replaced.
