Hi Allen!

Before we get too far into the finer points of using a VOM, what does your dashboard Ammeter say?

If the needle is over to the right with the throttle open, then you've got a good generator. If it's at 0, very low positive, or any negative setting, then your generator (or the voltage regulator) has a problem.
