Over the winter i started taking my interior garnish off the '42. When I took off the wiper valence. I noticed the headliner had a sheet of tar paper on top of it?, Could this be factory?, For those who have'nt looked at my truck, it is a untouched original, But in 71 yrs who knows?. Has anyone else experienced or seen this? Thanks, Mike.
