Ned, after much looking and inquires I ended up going with 1/8" wallboard from Lowes. I cut the panels and then glued the fabric to the boards with the 3M Super77 Spray adhesive.
....now, I had a friend of mine come by Friday evening and look at doing my headliner for me. He does most all for a restoration shop near by, and he about has me convinced to make the sides smooth.....so again, I may change mine. Heck, with the insulation and the panels left in the panel should be quiet as a mouse!!! I'm thinking on what I'm going to do.
