There's probably not a whole lot the DMV can tell you anyway other than who might have owned it between when the Navy surplussed it and now. You can enter the truck's VIN into our fancy VIN decoder to find out when the truck was built, where it was built and other things about it. That's pretty neat that it was a Navy truck -- the military has bought civilian trucks all through the years for general purpose duties around bases and what not.

And hopefully you can meet up with some of the gang -- we have a fair number of guys in Indiana. Peggy and I were stationed at Ft Benjamin Harrison for three years and we lived on the east side of Indy. We enjoyed our stay there.
