Joe, I got on a different computer and was able to open up the photo this shows it very well thanks alot, It has a 283-327 in it now and Ron you are right the mounting bracket is on the rear side of the crossmember, did these 4x4 all come with the 235 or was the v-8 available also? I thought the 235 was the only engine available in 1961 for the 4x4's.
