I have heard of the ABC's alway buy carter but i have no experience there. I just went with a dual two bbl set up from Tom Langons Stovebolt Engine Company. They are a 2bbl progressive type. He has a small article about them in the tech tip section. When i talked to particks about them he suggested dual single bbl. And again i realize you are doing a single bbl set up. The only thing i know about them is they are very simple to rebuild which i have rebuilt one and i own 2thing of them and the non rebuilt one has a leak. Someone i read referred to them as leakchesters.
The carb king has an article also and maybe you might want to call him and see what they recommend. Just my two cents. Good luck
