bartamos has hit it right on the head on the procedure. Any parts store will have the plugs. For disposal of the old antifreeze, you can take it to any shop that does oil changes or radiator work, as well as many parts stores for recycling, they are required by the EPA to accept it at no charge. Whatever you do, don't dump it down the drain!
