If the price isn't that much different, go with EZ-21 ... just coil up the wires you aren't going to use, tuck 'em up under the dash, neatly, and pull the fuses on those circuits. Then whever you want to add something, you've got the wire and it's own circuit.
Plus, if you ever sell the vehicle, having all that will help in the selling features.
