The conversion looks like a stock panel or suburban right rear door (barn door)was used. The 3rd door sheetmetal has a bit of extra roundness to it as compared with the original front door. Stock glass and hinge location. The roof is the only real problem. Use a suburban/panel body and graft a 5 window cab rear to it, or stretch a pickup cab and fabricate the roof?
I believe a suburban body was used. But that's only a guess. What say you?
