| | | | Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 Bubba - Curmudgeon | | Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 | If you have a 53-55 truck harmonic balancer it should be OK on a newer 235 that has a 3/8" fan belt. Use the fan shroud with a diameter that matches the engine/generator.
A worn area on the crankshaft snout where the cover-seal rides can be easily remedied with a "speedi-sleeve" or other similar repair sleeve (Rockauto.com as one that presses on and needs no adhesive/sealant).
