| | | | Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 129 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2010 Posts: 129 | The POR-15 company sells something called Metal-Ready which they like you to use before you use the POR-15 itself. I think it's basically a phosphoric acid solution. Mostly make sure the surface is clean.
