For Dennis M, no it is not an alignment problem but good call. I meant that the high beam brightness seemed the equivalent of a regular low beam. Also I do not think the bulbs are shot as the output bright-wise is the same. Anyway folks I am still trying and will let you know what happens. Many thanks again.
