Check the cab floor for removable covers and panels. That is how you should be able to get to the parts for a tune-up.
There might be other removable access panels under the cab - they are the equivalent of removable inner fenders.
Enjoy yourself. You have to be a contortionist when you have to work on some parts of the engine.
