Send me an e-mail @ [email protected] and I can send the attachment as it is an excell spreadsheet. Any of those 4 speeds would work great but a good one is going to be pricy. Your 6 cylinder likely has a 10" clutch. You will need a V-8 flywheel which is available for either a 10" or 11" clutch. I have used both with the V-8's and I prefer the 11". You will also need a
V-8 bellhousing. None of the other 235 parts can be used on the V-8.
