Jerry , if you study the crap videos it looks like the noise frequency is the fan hitting the bottom pulley , perhaps because it's loose??
The clack clack noise level has not changed between videos , just some valve lash noise added in the 2nd vid.
What do you think.
ps, it could be a broken piston , very hard to tell , but the noise does sound external , not internal to me.
