Most of the restoration parts suppliers have Factory Assembly Manuals (reprints) available.
They will provide you with a good view of the dash. The electrical section will give you a good view of the wiring, guage placement, etc.
As I recall there were two types of heaters available, a standard and a fresh air model, which do you have.
