The motor is held in place by the shell of the heater unit which would have to be partly dismantled.
Inside this casing is also the heaters matrix and all the valves and gates for the ducting. To remove the heater as a dash has to come out, Not a job I would fancy. Some crafty/good back street auto mechanic may have a wrinkle or two but don't hold your breath.
