I am working on my 1965 Chevy truck. I just repaired a small hole in the bottom corner of the door. I was amazed at the amount of junk inside the door. The bottom drains were open and working. I cleaned the inside of the door.
What is the best way to help prevent future rust from coming through in the future?
This is going to be a daily driver of sorts and I have no plans on replacing the door skins etc. I just want to give the doors the best shot they have to resist rust. Any advice?
