Buffalo for both the alternator bracket and HEI to fit your 235.
Wiring changes are minimal. GM alternators have internal regulators so that's one less part to clutter the dash and go bad. Get a DA plug fom Patrick's or 5th Ave auto parts (See the Links on this site). I had constant problems with dead batteries when using generators, never since changing to an alternator. Any problems and you can pick up a rebuilt unit anywhere. Be sure to use the smaller pulley as an alternator needs to spin faster to keep up a charge at idle.
