| | | | Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 1,775 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2008 Posts: 1,775 | I;ve found that Ford 8 lug rims with 225/75/16 tires fit my 54 really well. They have a 4.25" backspace and less than a 1/4" clearance to the tie rod. I have a a rim with 4.5" backspace that won't fit at all. Some members have used Steel wheels from Dexter Trailer and had good luck. I believe they have around 3.5-3.75 backspace. I have some pics of mine at www.photobucket.com/whitedog76pics | | |
