Find some old Chevy keys and start trying them.I bought a '63 truck with no keys and the door was also locked. Got it home, put my '64 truck key in the door, wiggled it some and she opened right up. It also worked in the ignition. Also, you can start my '64 with a screw driver since the tumblers are so worn.
Give it a shot, may get lucky,
