What we have here (my guess)is that the cannection at the battery, the starter or in between these points needs cleaned and or tightened. Most likely both, it couldn`t hurt to clean and make sure there is good contact.
The other possibility is the starter solenoid itself getting hot or has a bad contact inside that loses flow of electricity when heated up.
Check the battery cables first to eliminate the easy stuff first
