Most auto parts stores sell rebuilt carbs for the 230-292. Its just a guess which one you will get, they swap parts including the housings and most seem to get them running ok, If all you have is the 292 bigger bore carb, then run it and see what happens, your altitude may make the difference.
Someone on this site might need it if it doesn't work out. I see the smaller ones on e-bay all the time. I like to by cores and rebuild them myself. $15-$20 for decent looking one less if missing parts.
