Looking good so far- - - - -I'd be interested to see what the throttle response in high gear from about 30-50 MPH is. That's where over-carburetion usually shows up. The engine just seems to be "flat" with little or no pulling power unless a very light touch is used on the gas pedal. That's also the primary problem with a set of dual carbs on a stovebolt engine with venturis that are too big.
