Welcome! I'd say 45 is about as fast as you'ld get at about 2400rpm. If your target is 55-60 then the 4.11 gear set should put you in a comfortable powerband. Again 2400 would put you at about 60mph. Not sure if you have a pickup but if you have a dual tired axle, your donor single may work. From what I've seen on here most people tend to get about 10-12 mpg. Some claim better near 18 in their 1/2 tons. Many upgrade their engine to a full pressure 235 or 261. Check the tech tips forum.
