hey folks, need some help on my 52 pickup 3 speed transmission. the transmission is making a loud whinning noise while in high gear only. depress the clutch and coast and the whinning stops. my assumption is a bearing going out, if so, how do i find someone to repair and where do i find the parts. i also assume a complete rebuild on the transmission since it is out. also, any thoughts on ballfield cost. i am in nw ala.
