Stay away from the 6.0L Fords, the early ones are a night mare. We have 2004 though 2010, so far the '06 and newer are working pretty good. The '04 and '05s are a real mess. The E350 and E450's van cutaways used in our school bus fleet eat ball joints. The chassis and trans are holding up really well and our '01 Power strokes are holding up good.
